SAMSON'S HAIR
WE have three tonics we developed about two years ago and Sampson's is the only one which has garnered any attention. That's not because it re-grows hair (although we have had reports back that it does just that) but rather because it has proven effective for restoring natural hair color, which is what reading 636 actually addresses.
The term tonic generally refers to a blend of herbs and is open to other kinds
of elements like the ambergris in the Clary water or the use of liver extract
in this one. It harkens back to an earlier time in this country of traveling
salesmen, and if you're as old as I am the image of W.C. Fields cajoling
the crowd of frontiersman. It's commonly dismissed as unabashed fraud
by the allopathic community with the only ingredient of any value being the large
amount of alcohol, and that being to one's ultimate detriment. Indeed a
sizeable amount of alcohol is used in most tonics, perhaps 12-20%, but this is
what preserves the integrity of the concoction, rather then turning it's
user into a drunken sailor.
As with any treatment modality each individual will have their own levels of
tolerance and specific reaction to same. This is why Mr. Cayce spelled
out the various elements for a given tonic designed specifically for the person
receiving the reading. Very few were generic. Of course a number
of variables are at play even here. There were a couple dozen herbs and
substances he referred to on a regular basis throughout the hundreds of readings
where tonics were recommended. I can't imagine why it is that we
are the fist people to consider this a potential gold mine of insightful information.
We have seen results with this tonic which range from the unbelievable to the
mundane, bo let me give you an example of one person who has used it for an
entire year. This is an elderly gentleman (early 70's) of Greek distraction
who is in remarkably good health, both mind and body. Perhaps his mind
is overly active as his hair follicles for the most part had given up the ghost
on top of his head when he started. What little hair he had was all but
gray. He started noticing his hair darkening in the first few weeks and
that was enough for him to stay with it. As I mentioned it's been
a year since he started and now not only has his hair has returned to its natural
black color, but he has a substantial increase of it on his entire head. We
used to think that he would tell all his bridge partners how he manages to
stay so youthful looking and that would generate a bunch more sales but now
we realize he has no intention of revealing his person fountain of youth.
